Job Description: Attached to the after-sales service management, in close collaboration with other factory or field technicians, as well as with the sales department, you will carry out, among other things, the following tasks: Telephone and mail technical assistance for our customers (hospitals, clinics, and private neurologists) concerning our EEG or EMG medical devices (hardware/software maintenance, software use and configuration, network operation, etc.). Liaison with NATUS or manufacturers for the repair of electronic subassemblies. Recording technical problems and reporting breakdowns in our Salesforce CRM. Drafting after-sales service quotes. Managing the stock of loan equipment and after-sales service. Profile and Skills: Strong customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction. Pragmatic, autonomous, rigorous, and team-oriented. Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Third-level certification in a relevant discipline from a leading institution. Mature judgment with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
