For the strengthening of our Cloud Native Hyperscaler business unit, part of the “Cloud & Custom Application” practice, we are looking for a Cloud Native Developer and Team Leader to guide our digital revolution.
You will be placed in a unit dedicated to studying, creating, and releasing innovative cloud solutions, together with a team of highly specialized Strategic Consultants.
In this role, you will:
* Lead a team of talents in implementing cutting-edge Cloud Native solutions.
* Collaborate with prestigious clients to transform their businesses through the Cloud.
* Define innovative cloud architectures that integrate generative AI and emerging technologies.
* Promote a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence within Capgemini.
* Contribute to Capgemini's global strategy in cloud computing and AI.
* Design and develop scalable and resilient Cloud Native solutions.
* Implement microservices architectures using the latest Cloud technologies.
* Integrate generative AI solutions into Cloud-Based applications.
* Collaborate with international teams in an Agile and DevOps environment.
* Contribute to technological innovation for Capgemini and its clients.
YOUR PROFILE
* Experience in Cloud Computing and software development.
* Deep knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their advanced services.
* Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
* Strong skills in DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
* Excellent programming skills in Python, Java, and .NET.
* Experience integrating generative AI solutions into Cloud architectures.
* Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Ability to lead multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
* Strategic problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
* Good knowledge of English.
