Contribute to the definition and deployment of the Group Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs, workforce planning, and employer branding objectivesPartner with HR Managers and hiring managers and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processesPromote a recruiting excellence standard across the Group and ensure consistent candidate experienceSupport the development of talent pipelines and proactive sourcing approaches for critical roles and future capabilitiesContribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR team and CommunicationsEnsure recruitment practices comply with internal policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion principles
Learning & Development
Coordinate and evaluate learning programs (technical, soft skills, leadership, onboarding, etc.)Manage and continuously improve the Group's learning frameworks, tools, and platformsAnalyze development data and feedback to continuously improve programsPrepare reports and insights for HR and leadership teamsStay up to date on best practices and trends in talent development and learningSupport the implementation of talent management processes such as performance management, potential assessment, and development plansContribute to succession planning and leadership development initiativesDesign and promote career development frameworks and internal mobility pathwaysProvide guidance and tools to managers to strengthen their role in employee development
Education & Experience we are looking for
6-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Learning & DevelopmentSolid understanding of talent development processes, learning methodologies, and performance management systemsExperience managing learning programsFluency in EnglishStrong skills in MS OfficeExperience working in a multi-entity, matrix, or international organization is a strong asset
