The Production Team Leader is focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment.
Primary tasks:
- Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, operates a hoist where necessary.
- Back-up supervisor.
- Managing all line processes, employee schedules, no disciplinary actions.

- Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skills.
- First-class man-management skills.
- Compliance with procedures.
