Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
As an intern at Prysmian, you will support the Workforce Planning Team in planning and controlling activities.
Your Role:
* Collaborate with the team to prepare monthly reporting containing Strategic People metrics to support business strategic decision with workforce insights.
* Work with the team to prepare People Analytics for HR Teams and Specialists to enable data-driven actions and process optimization.
* Contribute to monitoring Inclusion & Equity KPIs and preparing the Sustainability Report in line with CSRD and ESRS principles.
* Support monthly analysis comparing actual vs budget for both headcount and labor costs, consolidating data coming from Prysmian Group HR Regional Teams.
* Assist in performing cost analyses based on headcount and organizational structure/design.
Who We Are Looking For:
* Master's degree in Economics or Engineering
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluency in Italian and English
