🚀 We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Product (QAP) Technical Specialist – Electrical

🔍 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Play a key role in the Product Introduction Process (PIP), supporting the Product Development team and defining technical and quality specifications
✔️ Define and execute Safe Launch Plans, in alignment with suppliers and internal stakeholders
✔️ Inspect product samples and conduct inbound quality checks
✔️ Manage supplier quality complaints using the 8D problem-solving method
✔️ Compare new supplier samples with existing products or competitors to evaluate compliance and performance
✔️ Ensure technical data and documentation are correctly uploaded and maintained
🤝 You’ll Work Closely With:
* Suppliers
* Quality, Customer & Warranty teams
* Product Development
* Procurement
* Supply Chain and Receiving Warehouses
🧩 Who You Are:
🔧 Technically educated (Engineering or related field)
🌍 Fluent in English (spoken and written)
🚗 Experienced in the automotive segment – supplier or independent aftermarket
💪 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership
📐 Comfortable reviewing technical drawings and product specifications
