**Job Description Summary:**:HR Generalist
We are the HR Team of an amazing, international and fast-growing company. Every day we have to face new challenges always working together to find the best solution. We are looking for a HR Generalist who oversees all the local HR matters in accordance with the group procedures and customs, with a strong focus on the administrative area. **Job Description:**:**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide HR support for the full employee’s lifecycle: e.g. hiring, onboarding, off-boarding
- Maintain updated HR documentation and keep track of the main HR records in Workday
- Be the HR admin reference point for the countries assigned
- Manage administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
- Support Group welfare implementation and People Care activities
- Collaborate in HR projects on a national and international level with regards to HR administrative and employees’ data
- Suggest new HR practices with a focus on processes simplification and digitization
- Provide support in other ad-hoc activities & projects
**Main Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Labour Relations or related field. Postgraduate Human Resource degree would be considered a plus
- Experience as HR Generalist/HR Administration (at least 3/4 years)
- Be business oriented: we look for someone who goes under the surface, helping our business understanding their needs and activities
- Desirable work experience in personnel administration overseas in European countries
- Resilience and forward-thinking approach
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Outstanding discretion, and unwavering commitment to ensuring confidentiality in all aspects of the role
- Fluent English
