You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System for the Design and Construction department, participate in defining and implementing processes from the ground up, and contribute to the creation of sustainable data centers. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage quality documentation. /li liConduct internal quality audits and follow up on visits/audits carried out by third parties. /li liIdentify opportunities for improvement and best practices to be shared among countries. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement projects. /li liPrepare and deliver high‑quality reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. /li liLead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement processes. /li /ul h3Responsibilities in terms of IMS Certifications /h3 ul liRespect and enforce health and safety rules. /li liRespect and enforce environmental policies. /li liRespect and enforce information security policies. /li liRespect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering, with 3–5 years of technical experience. /li liSolid experience in quality management. /li liPrevious experience in industry, oil gas, data centers, or construction companies is mandatory. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards; auditing experience required.
