Are you ready for a new challenge in our Finence team?
As Administration Intern, you report directly to the Sales Administration Supervisor and support the team in the following activities.
What can you learn with us?:
* Documentary research for forwarding request for issuing Certificate of Origin at CCIAA
* Support of the management of goods import practices and production of documentation for customs clearance
* Support in processing procedures relating to the invoicing of raw materials and related to credit notes of simple nature
* Research and control of Customs Bills
* Save Customs documents
* Collect customs documents and send reminders for export proof to freight forwarders/customs
Do you have these qualifications and skills?:
* Good Knowledge of the Office system
* Good organizational skill and to interact with external entities
* Availability, flexibility and proactivity
* Excellence knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English
