Responsibilities
* Support the development of Prysmian’s media and content strategy.
* Enhance efforts to build relationships with tier‑1 outlets in Italy and internationally.
* Play a central role in the delivery of major press moments, such as financial results.
* Support the press office through daily press review, daily news updates and media monitoring.
* Create new ways of engaging with media outlets, from AI to social media, beyond traditional press releases.
* Support content and channel delivery as part of the media strategy.
* Develop Prysmian’s institutional relationships and build a stronger network of global communicators.
* Support the production of press releases.
* Prepare top management for interviews, including building a repository of internal and external research.
Qualifications
* Bilingual in English and Italian.
* Few years of experience as a media relation specialist in a publicly listed company, agency working with listed companies, or as a financial/business journalist.
* Solid network of contacts in the Italian media sphere and a clear understanding of the dynamics of the global media outlook.
* Willingness to explore and find creative outlets for Prysmian to reach wider audiences.
* Enthusiasm for engaging in content production and supporting public‑affairs activities.
* Passion for building a global communication department within an international setting.
What we offer
* Type of contract: Permanent, full‑time.
* Location: Milan.
* Gross annual salary: no less than €40.000.
* Variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives.
