Position Context
We are looking for a highly motivated junior professional who would like to learn about the role of investor relations in the context of a company's profile and positioning, external communication objectives and relations with both management and external analysts, investors and other financial stakeholders. This role will allow you to work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience related to financial reporting, communication and capital markets. The Investor Relations (IR) Specialist reports to the Investor Relations Director.
Mission
The mission of the role is to support the IR team in the transparent and timely communication of Group strategy, results and other topics to the financial community by participating in all of the internal activity related to this end goal.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
* Support the process of preparing the investor presentation and other documents (ie press release, Q&A) related to the Group's financial results
* Support the coordination of earnings calls, roadshows and investor meetings, including participation in relevant meetings
* Monitor and analyse analyst reports, peer performance and market news
* Assist in maintaining an investor database, contact lists and CRM systems, including third-party service providers management
* Support monthly reporting (ie share price performance, valuation and news related to peers) and follow up activities with analysts/investors on a regular and consistent manner
* Update the Investor
* Relations section of Campari Group website )
* Perform ad-hoc research and other tasks as needed
Key Relationships
Internal: Finance departments (incl. Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting), Corporate Communications, Legal and Public Affairs departments as well as Marketing and Business teams.
External: Investors, Analysts.
Education & Skills
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
* Interest in capital markets, finance or corporate communications
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English and Italian is preferred)
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
