For the Group's company Coverlab, we are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager.
The person will be responsible for managing social media channels, community management, and influencer relations for some of the company's brands. They will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness and perception in the digital space.
Responsibilities
1. Design and implement social media strategies (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) aligned with the business goals of the two main division brands;
2. Manage influencer/content marketing initiatives and develop impactful and relevant partnerships;
3. Community management: communicate with followers, respond promptly to inquiries, and monitor customer reviews;
4. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure brand consistency;
5. Manage creation of textual content (SEO-oriented) and visual content (photos, infographics, videos) to support new product launches, independently or with internal graphic team or external agencies;
6. Support budget management and media campaigns for META and Google advertising (SEM, SEO), internally or with agencies;
7. Create reports for media campaigns and supervise performance using Analytics;
8. Stay updated with current technologies, social media trends, design tools, and applications, proactively suggesting improvements;
9. Research current industry trends and audience preferences;
10. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a structured company or agency role;
11. Native Italian speaker with excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus;
12. Basic graphic knowledge is a plus (not mandatory);
13. Understanding of social media advertising dynamics;
14. Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude, results-driven, and capable of multitasking with a project-oriented approach to manage timelines and deadlines.
