Job Description
Company: Synergie Italia Spa, branch of SACILE, Divisione Consultant, specializes in designing and building equipment and accessories for Earth Moving Machines.
Position: Office Back Office Employee
The selected candidate will support the back office team in various office activities, with internal support and training, including:
1. Order entry into management software
2. Document management and archiving
3. Preparation of DDT (delivery notes)
4. Verification and control of warehouse stock
5. Relations with the warehouse
6. Preparation of documents
7. Customer/supplier support and assistance
We are looking for a recent graduate or someone with minimal office experience who is eager to join an industrial environment.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree
* Excellent PC skills
* Ability to perform calculations
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Reliability, seriousness, interpersonal skills

Contract type: Fixed-term

Work hours: Full-time, daytime
