Job Description: Enfinity Global is seeking a Site Manager for the Construction department, reporting to the Construction Manager of the designated Region. The role involves ensuring project completion on time and within budget by monitoring and directing contractor activities from start to finish. The Site Manager oversees various contractors and subcontractors, from site preparation and foundation to construction. They maintain close contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle, accompany clients during site visits, and address questions or concerns about project progress. The Site Manager is responsible for enforcing site safety protocols daily and ensuring contractors and crew work in a safe environment following all safety rules.
Responsibilities / Duties:
* Manage EPC contracts and oversee on-site operations.
* Review project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, and schedule adherence.
* Manage site operations during construction to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
* Supervise and oversee the project's progress, ensuring compliance with Enfinity Global’s specifications and requirements.
* Coordinate with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
* Supervise construction workers and coordinate their activities.
* Ensure construction and site safety, prepare site reports, design documents, and safety/quality control reports.
* Ensure project compliance with social responsibility, quality, environmental, and safety standards and internal codes.
* Support the preparation of close-out documentation for Asset Management at project completion.
* Assist the Asset Management team during the warranty period.
Qualifications:
* Engineering degree (preferred).
* Proven experience of 7-10+ years managing site operations and power plant construction.
* Deep knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
