We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our team of engineering technicians. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a strong focus on safety, while also ensuring equipment availability and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have significant practical engineering experience, including a supervisory role managing people. They should be multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, with experience working with automated equipment such as packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.
\
A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.

Requirements:
