You will work closely with market-leading companies in the telecommunications sector on innovative topics, supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey within the specific context of telecommunications. This specialization offers the opportunity to work on nationally and internationally significant projects within the telecommunications industry, participating in key initiatives of change and improvement in the realm of digitalizing business operations. At our Milan office, you will be placed in a rapidly expanding team full of young talents characterized by the quality and scope of its innovative projects. Specifically, your tasks may include: - Business process mapping and re-engineering; - Redesigning a new operational Governance model; - Project and Change Management; - Organisational analysis and design; - Target Operating Model Design; Market analysis - Master's degree in Management Engineering or Management (or similar); - Passion and a strong desire to transform and impact our clients' experience; - Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities; - Excellent knowledge of English, preferably backed up by study and/or work experience abroad; - Excellent knowledge of the MS Office; - Good project management skills. - Excellent analytical skills - Ability to translate complex concepts into easily understood language A strong interest and motivation to develop an in-depth understanding of the TMT industry.
