To achieve this goal and permanently enter the European market, Tofflon Italy was established in 2019, whose main focus is to offer localized service and technical support to European customers.
To strengthen its internal staff, Tofflon Italy is looking for a Sales Back Office.
**Responsibilities**
- Sales quotations and quotation processing;
- Communication and information sharing with Headquarter;
- Communication with Service Department for verification of material orders;
- Document management and filing: transport documents, quotations, purchase and sales orders;
- Coding of material components;
- Verification of inventories in management system;
- Drafting of warehouse documentation, incoming and outgoing;
- Logistics organization and shipping.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in mechanical field or similar
- At least 4 years of experience as a Sales Back Office in the industrial engineering sector or similar;
- Good ability to read mechanical drawing;
- Good use of Office package, including Excel;
- Good knowledge of the English language.

Azzano S. Paolo, Bergamo
**Hours**
08:00-13:00 / 14:00-17:00. From Monday to Friday.
**RAL**
Salary will be commensurate on the basis of professional experience.
Included are €8 meal vouchers for each day of work.
