Job Summary Support commercial activities, including contract development, agreement management, external sales, and government contracting. Provide legal advice to management and act as project leader on long‑term initiatives. Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities Serve as lawyer and attorney supporting commercial activities. Advise management in the function and the broader business, contributing to decision making on key matters. Communicate with colleagues and business leaders about policy changes and implementation. Convey complex information clearly. Act frequently as project leader on cross‑functional initiatives with a horizon of 2–3 years. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum five years of experience as a commercial counsel. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs/projects, and document, plan, market, and execute initiatives. Established project‑management skills.
