The Senior Social Media Specialist will be an integral member of the Social Media and Content team, supporting the Social Media Manager implementing the global social media strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing and reporting social media performance for key campaigns and ad-hoc requests for brand marketing - Utilizing the reporting platforms (ì.e. Blogmeter) to track engagement across posts - Reviewing agency reports and providing insights, feedback and any KPI updates from brand priorities - Ensuring social calendar is up to date and denoting key marketing dates (collabs, collection drop, etc.) - Coordinate alignment meetings with Merch/E-Comm for SKU's and any outstanding callouts on product selections - Supporting all aspects of seasonal influencer marketing campaigns in line with the Influencer marketing strategy - Actively coordinating all influencer services for Liu Jo campaigns (fee negotiation, photographer/stylist booking & briefing, contract definition etc.) - Supporting to coordinate the external media agency for the community management Qualifications: - 3-5 years work experience in social media reporting and community management. Luxury and global fashion brand experience a plus. - A clear understanding of all western social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter - Demonstrated understanding and experience working with social media tools for monitoring, reporting and social listening (i.e. FB Business, social listening agencies) - In touch with latest cultural & social trends and emerging platforms - Experience in monitoring and responding to user comments/inquiries across multiple channels in a timely fashion, adhering to brand voice and guidelines - Experienced in measuring and reporting social media data into insights, developing presentations to showcase learnings and key recommendations - Familiarity with competitive analysis and industry KPIs/benchmarking performance - Current Knowledge of social media best practices - Understanding of technical verbiage (file types, sizes, formats) pertaining to assets and working with stakeholders to communicate content needs for creative production - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills - Strong relationship building skills, collaborative Sede di lavoro principale: Carpi (MO) Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno Benefit: - Buoni pasto - Lavoro da casa - Orario flessibile - Supporto allo sviluppo professionale Orario: - Dal lunedì al venerdì - Orario flessibile
