COMMISSIONING ENGINEER - Hybrid Work Place: 50% Client's Office Milan - 50% from REMOTE Starting Date: ASAP Duration of the contract: 6 months with possible extension Work Schedule: 8 hours/day - 5 days/week Role Description: Provide support during the execution of the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up activities Provide technical coordination of operational issues with respect to Corporate Engineering and Procurement departments Together with Asset Maintenance dept. prepare and manage planning minimum shut down maintenance (budget, manning, materials, etc.) Management of change coordination of any change made to the Production Facilities original design after commissioning and handing over to operations team During bidding phase of a project, provide technical assistance to Proposal Manager as necessary, to ensure that all operational aspects are considered Review and comment operating manual and procedures Redmark and keep updated engineering documentations as required during commissioning and operation Review the test run procedure and operating manuals Provides support during the preparation of the Precommissioning, Commissioning and Start up plans and procedures including operating instructions, System Dossiers, etc. Participate to design reviews (e.g. HAZOP, 3D model, Commissionability review meetings, etc.) Review the commissioning spare parts list and consumables list Prepare the Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluation falling within own sphere of responsibility
