Experteer Overview
In this role you will steer Eurofins Environment Testing in Italy, shaping strategic growth and profitability. You will partner with Managing Directors to define long‑term goals, scientific and commercial plans, and drive market expansion in targeted segments over 3–5 years. You will lead organizational change to boost performance, optimize costs, and capitalize on M&A opportunities. This is a mission‑driven leadership role at a fast‑scaling, multi‑site environment testing network.

Responsabilità
* Minimum 5 years of full P&L responsibility for a complex, multi‑site business

* Strong leadership and ability to build trust with teams and stakeholders
* Ability to translate strategy into measurable business results
* Languages: fluent Italian and English
