He/She performs inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures according to the applicable instructions on products ready for delivery and on products during their manufacturing process. He/She records associated NCRs, results, and KPIs. /p h3Accountabilities Authorities /h3 pPerform inspections of subassemblies or finished ALSTOM products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/ or electrical measurements. Contributes into site improvement actions and programs related to the IQ scope. /p ul liAccepts or Reject products as defined in the working instructions. /li liAccurately document NCR and results of the inspections and testing, so as to launch the expected reaction on supplier side and Alstom teams (QRQC, Quality wall,…). /li liMaintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner. /li liControl the correct calibration of critical equipment and instrumentation used in the inspections. /li liAssist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists. /li liEvaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action. /li liWorks with industrial teams to alert on risks of missing parts due to defects /li liRecords inspection results in the industrial tools as required. /li liReports to the Industrial Quality Managers the synthesis of inspection results, including KPIs. Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework. /li liEscalade the anomalies detected on the production lines ensure their effective treatment (QRQC tool). /li liSupport manufacturing teams regarding the self-inspection. /li liEnsure quality animation methodology, in line with APSYS requirements /li /ul h3Educational Requirements /h3 pbMandatory: /b /p ul liTechnical background enabling the understanding of critical characteristics of the products (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical…) or equivalent /li liExperience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools /li /ul pbDesirable: /b /p ul liKnowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications…) would be an asset /li /ul h3Competencies Skills - (Technical Behavioral) /h3 ul liRigor, Communication, knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, …) and quality tools /li liExperience in operational activities and in documentation management /li liCollaboration and team working /li /ul pAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
