ENGINEERING OPERATIONS AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT – AVIATION DOMAIN
Job location: Torino Area
Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Managers in all the planning activities, starting from the technical inputs received by the Section, Engineering or other departments
- Manage possible comments, exception and technical clarification requests received by the vendors in collaboration with the technical stakeholders
- Support the process of PO creation
- Monitor the invoicing process
- Monitor actual costs vs budgets
- Develop reports for Engineering Operations Leaders for specific topics
- Attend meetings and elaborate minute of meetings.
Skills required
- Master degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, etc.)
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, smartsheets)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level is required
- Previous experience in SAP will be considered preferential. xkiyazw
