TXT group is looking for an Avionic Algorithm System Engineer to implement the Aerospace & Aviation business' unit team.
Main responsibilities:
Design, Modeling and Development activities of Software algorithms for Infrared Imaging systems;
Activities of Defining possible and plausible Operational Scenarios for sixth generation aircraft and sensors;
Use of neural networks and convolutional neural networks for the development of detection algorithms, infrared trace acquisition and false alarm detection for IRST systems;
Development and tuning activities of Control Software for Avionic Airborne Anticollision Systems and Imaging of Surrounding Space;
Modeling and Simulation of a complex IRST (Infared Search and Track) electro-optical acquisition system (Model-Based Design) with Digital Twin definition;
System image analysis activities and data analysis (including raw image collection and statistical processing of images).
Knowledge is required of:
Algorithmic simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB, Simulink, Python, etc.);
Theoretical and practical mathematical aspects of signal and image processing;
Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI systems for algorithm development;
Signal/image processing;
Sensor/data fusion;
Remote sensing.
