What You’ll Need To Succeed
* Fluent in English.
* 2 years of progressive experience in operations counter.
* Ability to travel 70‑80% of your time with a base in the Northern Region of Italy.
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills utilizing MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Motivational personality to take on new challenges.
* Good communication skills and approach with people.
Your New Role
You’ll report to the Head of Ancillary Sales and Service Delivery and will be responsible for analysing data, identifying opportunities, and creating specific action plans for ancillaries and customer service. You will coach managers and train new joiners, motivating them to reach their goals. You will be responsible for the Southern and Eastern regions of Spain.
Responsibilities
Sales/Customer Service
* Act as an internal expert and partner with operational leadership to help assess, measure, and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities related to counter sales effectiveness and customer service behaviours for a positive rental experience.
* Partner with operational leadership to support the local strategies implemented by the sales performance management team and local management supported by consistent service & sales behaviours of the ancillary program.
* Demonstrate full understanding of effective customer service and sales concepts.
* Consistently meet or exceed goals and hold self and others accountable for expected results. Best qualified candidate possesses a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
Performance Analysis
* Determine root cause analysis and use resources to provide appropriate solutions.
* Assess and analyse business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
* Work cross‑functionally between departments to measure, analyse, and enhance revenue generation activities.
* Identify and analyse areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services to support business goals and monitor locations’ overall effectiveness throughout the sales process.
Coaching & Training
* Coaches & develops sales performance managers to maintain processes, tools, and local management development of the program.
* Executes local sales training programs and stays updated on new training methods and techniques in partnership with cross‑functional training departments in the country.
* Develops and maintains training materials related to sales initiatives including presentations, job aids, participant handouts, virtual class materials, and other resources.
* Coaches others on specific sales techniques effectively and efficiently.
* Provides one‑on‑one coaching and holds individuals accountable for results with timely and specific feedback.
* Builds trust and rapport with others to deliver results and interacts positively and professionally with all levels internally and externally.
