Key responsibilities:

• Support the execution of social media activities across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok), ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Create, schedule, publish, and optimize content in alignment with Reschio’s brand identity and communication guidelines.
• Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and visually impactful content.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner.
• Assist in the implementation of social media campaigns and content initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and digital best practices, contributing ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Support influencer, partnership, and content collaboration activities when required.

Skills and competencies required:

• Proven experience in social media management or content creation, ideally within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or other premium brand environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency.
• Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into practical content recommendations.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, digital marketing channels, and content optimization techniques is considered a plus.
• Fluency in English and Italian with excellent written communication skills in both languages.
• Interest in luxury, design, hospitality, architecture, and lifestyle trends.
