Site Manager – Cantieri Italiani

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the management of construction sites for renewable energy infrastructure projects within the Gruppo Maresca, including EPC agreements for Cantieri Italiani Srl, Blunova SpA and its controlled companies.
Responsibilities
* Supervision of the construction site: monitoring installation activities, hazard protection, progress of the photovoltaic plant, medium/low voltage connections, and auxiliary infrastructure.
* Coordination of workforce: interface with executing contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work execution according to the project.
* Materials management: verify correct delivery of materials and equipment in site and subsequently deliver documentation to the competent office.
* Quality control and compliance: ensure the work and plant meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
* HSE supervision: apply workplace safety regulations.
* Documentation preparation: prepare site reports, progress status (SAL) and record activities agreed with PM (e.g., use of corporate software such as Above).
* Participate in weekly update calls.
* Support technical testing activities and plant delivery.
Qualifications
* Technical diploma (Geometra) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mecanical/Civil Engineering.
* Minimum experience in the role, preferably in photovoltaic/agrivoltaic systems, with knowledge of structure laying, cable trenches, plinths, electrical cabinets.
* Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
* Willingness to relocate to sites across national territory.
* Organizational skills and problem‑solving attitude.
