Scope of the role is:
To guarantee the production of technical drawings referring to the design of hot runner systems, both of the assembly and of the various parts that make up the orders assigned to him. He/she maintains relations with internal and external customers aimed at obtaining final confirmation from the customer.
To contribute to ensuring that all the orders are managed respecting the criteria of quality and timeliness appropriate and according to the company policies and compliances, in order to achieve business goals.
To support continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities are to:
* Produce the technical drawings on the basis of the committed orders and contact with the relevant customers to allow the definition and progress of the order;
* Conduct assigned improving project for the Organization
* Interface with production and assembly departments for the feasibility study of the order and to optimize the design in relation to production needs and customer specifications;
* After the first phase of three-dimensional modeling, obtain the two-dimensional with all the table settings and the relative dimensioning, generating the distinct parts.
* Be the owner of the committed order under technical and managing sides.
Education, key technical and soft skills:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role gained in manufacturing company in the metalworking sector.
* Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Nuclear or Aeronautic)
* Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, mother tongue Italian is essential
* Excellent knowledge of the Office package
* Knowledge of a 3D CAD system for technical design (Creo-WindChill is a plus)
* Outstanding organizational skills, interpersonal skills and team work
* Excellent flexibility and accuracy are required.
