Your work could include supporting your team as they improve operational processes with new hardware, automate manual processes and question solutions to find the best option for the business. You’ll also manage people and help create a dynamic and positive working environment. Key job responsibilities - Devise and manage projects, including new technology deployments and internal programmes - Manage and solve challenges involving IT infrastructure, such as local site networks, services and hardware - Support the team with a range of work, including improvements to operational processes, manual work automation and analysis of solutions - Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot IT solutions throughout their lifecyle - Manage and develop on-site support teams and recruit new talent A day in the life As an IT Manager, you’ll be responsible for multiple sites and work in different settings where no two days are the same. You'll make sure the IT infrastructure on-site is maintained and operational so that teams can deliver on behalf of our customers. Taking a data-driven approach, you’ll find opportunities to increase automation and efficiency, and pilot different technologies to support these objectives. You’ll report directly to the Regional IT Manager and will lead on-site support teams, coordinate changes and technology launches, and manage risks. This is a collaborative role that will see you working with site leaders and developing people in your team to progress.
