Working at Prometeia means engaging with diverse regulatory and cultural environments, learning to be flexible, and adopting a scalable, cross-country mindset. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liThe successful candidate will join our bCredit Risk team /b, contributing to modelling and advisory projects for leading financial institutions and taking responsibilities for the following areas: /li liDevelopment and validation of credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD, IFRS 9 / ECL); /li liContribution to stress testing and economic capital assessments; /li liSupport in validation and regulatory assessment of credit risk models in line with European standards; /li liDesign and implementation of models supporting credit risk processes (pricing, early warning, collection); /li liApplication of data science and machine learning techniques to credit risk. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lib3-7 years’ experience /b in risk management (banking or consulting); /li liStrong background in credit risk model development and validation; /li liSolid knowledge of programming and data analysis languages (bPython, R, SAS, SQL /b); /li liGood knowledge of key regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS 9, EBA guidelines). /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical skills and attention to detail; /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities; /li liFluent English; additional languages are a plus; /li liTeam spirit and motivation to grow in an international context; /li liProactive and innovative mindset; /li liSolid project and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines; /li liSelf-motivated, effective under pressure, and willing to take initiative. /li /ul h3Location /h3 h3What we offer /h3 ul libCOMPENSATION, WELFARE BENEFIT /b /li liOur history, as well as our future, is based on the value of our people.
