Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Implementing strategies at a country level, contributing to the timely listings and contract renewals of Novartis brands. Managing market and price process modelling to enable sales execution at the national/regional level. Interpreting payer research results to develop insights on payer needs and leveraging this knowledge to develop optimal brand pricing, market positioning, and stakeholder influence strategies. Managing cross-functional teams in the development and submission of evidence dossiers to HTA and/or P&R bodies. Developing expertise on local decision-making processes and using this to develop innovative pricing and reimbursement models. Providing pricing input for launch sequencing and monitoring with countries and regions via governance bodies. Supporting sales field activities to enable sales execution at national/regional levels. Coordinating sales field projects. Demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion, contributing to an outstanding, inclusive work environment. What you’ll bring to the role: 3-4 years of proven experience in Italian internal and external customer needs analysis and satisfaction studies. Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting price and reimbursement dossiers. Minimum of 2 years project management experience. A master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, health economics, or a related field. Partner management and customer focus skills (internal & external).
