Maximize asset availabilityOptimize operational efficiencyMinimize operating costs Reporting to the Head of Operation & Production Management in Italy, within the Global Operations Division, the successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and delivery of strategic value for the Italian solar portfolio.Requirements Oversee daily operations, production, and OPEX of solar power plants, ensuring alignment with budgets and contracts.Plan and coordinate O&M; activities, monitor contractor performance, and contribute to drafting technical specifications for new or renewed service contracts.Manage incident response and emergency events (e.g., faults, outages), ensuring timely resolution and reduced downtime.Conduct routine inspections and audits to assess safety, environmental sustainability, technical conditions, and contractor services.Implement asset management strategies and technologies to boost efficiency and plant performance.Analyze real-time operational data using PPCR's digital asset management tools integrated via industrial IT networks.Prepare and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports, including KPI analysis and performance reviews.Ensure compliance with internal procedures, health and safety standards, grid codes, and legal/regulatory frameworks. xpavfwm Monitor developments in the Italian and EU energy markets (e.g., ARERA, GSE) and integrate insights into asset strategies.
