You will support enterprise customers in designing, securing, operating, and modernizing identity architectures across cloud and hybrid environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor for identity, authentication, and access control scenarios, helping customers adopt Zero Trust principles while ensuring secure and scalable access to applications, devices, and data.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Entra IDAct as a technical authority for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) within Global Delivery engagementsDesign and implement Entra ID tenant architectures aligned with security and business requirementsSupport hybrid identity scenarios including Entra Connect and Cloud SyncDesign and troubleshoot Entra Join and Hybrid Join scenariosSecurity & Access ControlImplement and optimize Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust identity patternsDesign and support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and role-based access control (RBAC)Diagnose authentication, authorization, and sign‐in issuesAdvise customers on identity governance, lifecycle management, and security postureOperations & TroubleshootingInvestigate complex identity issues using logs, audit data, and sign‐in reportsTroubleshoot authentication protocols and access flowsSupport incident response and post‐incident analysis for identity‐related outagesCollaborate with security, endpoint, and infrastructure teams on end‐to‐end solutionsRequired Technical SkillsStrong hands‐on experience with Microsoft Entra IDExperience with hybrid identity, synchronization, and federation conceptsSolid understanding of identity security, authentication, and authorization modelsKnowledge of Azure networking fundamentals as they relate to identityPreferred QualificationsExperience working in enterprise identity or security‐focused rolesFamiliarity with Zero Trust architectures and identity governanceStrong problem‐solving, analytical, and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
