Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of New Business & International Growth located in the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area. We are seeking a high-energy, well-connected International Sales / Executive Producer to drive growth in key global markets (UK, US, EMEA). This is not just a sales role; it's about building strategic partnerships and positioning ABC Production as a top-tier partner for global campaigns. The role focuses on driving new business development and expanding the company's international market presence. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies, creating comprehensive business plans, managing sales pipelines, and leading business development efforts to drive organizational growth. xjrgpwk The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Development
* Experience in Business Planning and Business Strategy
* Strong capabilities in Sales with a focus on achieving growth targets
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in a dynamic and international context
* Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
* Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
* Familiarity with the media or production industry is advantageous
