Ph3Job Summary /h3 pSeeking Adobe’s Experience Manager Product Specialist with deep expertise in content management and publishing, digital transformation, and delivering enterprise‑scale deployments. This role will deliver significant impact through advanced strategic vision, technical mastery (especially in Adobe Experience Manager), team leadership, directly liaising with country and business stakeholders with strong communications and a record of innovation in digital experiences. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement enterprise‑wide content architecture leveraging advanced features of Adobe Experience Manager, including custom components, workflows, and dynamic content modeling /li liLead the full content lifecycle across multiple properties, including personalized, omnichannel, and multi‑language delivery /li liDevelop and enforce best practices for content governance, information architecture, scalability, and security in accordance with industry and Adobe standards /li liDrive AEM platform integrations with CRM, DAM, analytics, and external marketing systems to enable seamless digital workflows and measurable business outcomes /li liMentor and upskill content, marketing, and technology teams, providing guidance on complex technical or organizational challenges /li liLead large‑scale migrations, content audits, and quality programs, using metrics and analytics to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement (5)(4) /li liStay ahead of digital and content trends, advising the organization on new capabilities, best‑in‑class tools, and innovation opportunities /li liKnowledge Sharing Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for all implemented solutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing /li liAssess and audit the current state of platform configuration and accelerate remediation plans /li liPrepare and implement detailed project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and task owners /li liCommunicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy /li liOversee data privacy and compliance, adhering to relevant laws and regulations /li liEngagement during requirements gathering /li liIdentify potential project risks and issues /li liSupport anchoring of overall technical solution while cascading the same to project delivery teams /li liCreating the optimum technical solution in the context of the customer's environment, requirements, and financial resources /li liEnsure adherence to Bank’s standards and acceptance at architectural review meeting /li liReviewing and contributing to the deployment activities and practices /li liContributing to overall technical solution and putting it to practice /li /ul h3Strategy /h3 ul liResponsible for contributing to the organization’s strategic objectives by applying specialized skills to deliver high‑quality work /li /ul h3Business /h3 ul liResponsible for collaborating with squad members to deliver value‑driven solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives /li liAccountable for understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within their area of expertise /li liProvide domain expertise to support decision‑making and problem‑solving within the team /li /ul h3Processes /h3 ul liAdhere to established processes, methodologies, and best practices within the chapter and the organization. Actively towards continuous refinement of the same /li liResponsible for ensuring work items are accurately tracked and updated in Azure DevOps /li /ul h3People Talent /h3 ul liActively engage in chapter meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and capabilities /li liCollaborate with other chapter members to share knowledge, insight and best practices to foster a culture of innovation /li /ul h3Risk Management /h3 ul liIdentify potential risks within their domain and communicate them to squad and chapter leads. Work collaboratively to mitigate identified risks /li /ul h3Skills and Experience /h3 ul liAdobe Experience Manager /li liREST API /li liJava /li liOSGI Service, Sling servlet, Sling Jobs /li liCoral / Granite UI /li liJavaScript, HTML/CSS /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAdobe Certified Expert in Adobe Target. /li liExperience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products. /li liKnowledge of data privacy laws and regulations. /li /ul h3Must Have /h3 ul liAt least 7-8 years with AEM projects with at least 3 years into AEM developments and handling of AEM projects. /li liStrong Java programming foundation and hands‑on workflows, OSGI Service, Sling servlet, Sling Jobs, REST, JSON, SOAP based architecture. /li liExposure to Coral / Granite UI, Adobe UI customization is a must. /li liDeep understanding of AEM's security along with its Access Controls. /li liMust have worked on AEM 6.5+ or newer versions with good experience in both AEM sites and assets projects plus hand‑on with AEM as a Cloud experience is required. /li liStrong working experience in building Templates/Components/Sightly / Sling models/ Content fragments/ Experience fragments. Experience in exposure of authored content via Content fragment and JSON exporter APIs is desirable. /li liUnderstanding FE code for html to sightly mapping, good with JavaScript, and CSS understanding is a must have. /li liUnderstanding of core AEM components such as oak, sling and dispatcher, dispatcher filter rules etc. /li liExperience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution using JUnit5 and building tools such as Maven. /li liExperience with working in Azure DevOps, GitHub, GIT commands and experience with working with a larger team with and have minimal code conflicts. /li liExperience building large scale web applications integrating with various backend services. /li liRecognized Adobe Certified Expert or Architect (AEM). /li /ul h3About Standard Chartered /h3 pWe're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
