As aSenior Product Delivery Manager, you will work closely to different functions inside the Eutelsat Group (Engineering, IT, Operations, Commercial and Legal team), leading coordination activities and supporting the Delivery team to assure that business objectives are met consistently for both internal and external customers.
Your technical background combined to your superior communication skills will be the foundation to lead multi-discipline, highly technical program initiatives.
Successful candidates will have a strong program management and system design background.
As well as be detail oriented, self-driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
What You'll Do:
You will coordinateprogramsin the satellite internet connectivity domain, managing service implementation requests and providing both internal and external customers withtechnical analysisresults, detailedplanning, andcost analysis.
You will ensure customer satisfaction and deliverable quality bymanaging business request priorities, definingclear execution plansand anticipating potential issues.
You will coordinatecross-functional teamsto align with business objectives, getting rid of any roadblock to revenue and clearly communicating objectives, plans, issues, and risks to key stakeholders.
You willdevelopandpromote best practicesfor business supportprocessesandgovernance, contributing tocontinuousimprovementinitiatives within the team.
You will apply, implement, and continuously improve theDemand Management Processto address demand requests from both internal and external customers, with a focus on theProductDeliverydomain.
You will facilitate the handover of responsibilities and knowledge transfer to technical and operational teams involved in the implementation phase of the customer services.
What it Takes:
Preferred master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology, or a related field, or a Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field with some experience in telecom.
10+ years of customer facingTechnical ProductorProgram Management experience with a Senior rolein TLC companies or related industriesincluding scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
Excellent familiarity withProduct Developmentpractices and processes executing/delivering product andtechnical roadmaps
Excellentproject management skills, with certifications such asPMI PMP or Prince2being a plus.
Good knowledge ofTelecommunication and IT systemswith particular focus onsatellite and networking systems
Demonstrated leadership, with the ability toanticipate needsandprioritise effectively.
You proactively drive progress toward achieving objectives with a commercial mindset and acustomer-first, can-do attitude.
Excellent writtenandverbal communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between C-level executives and subject matter experts while building trust with customers and partners.
Strongdecision-making skills, effectively prioritizing multiple issues and requests while clearly communicating plans to stakeholders.
Exceptional team spirit, with a focus on mentoring, training, and using a coaching approach to bring out the best in others.
Ability to implement new processes or procedures and promote best practices.
Proficiency levelin written and spokenEnglish(C1/C2).
French and Italian are a plus.
Ability to travel if required
What We'd Love:
Familiarity withRequirements Analysisand Solution Design best practices, with a focus onAgile Methodologies(Kanban, Scrum, etc.).
Basic knowledge of BSS/OSS, NMS/EMS systems
Good knowledge onTCP/IP networkingbasics and network design principles
Good knowledge ofB2C and B2B Internet Service Providers business: backhauling, maritime or aviation services, governmental or business-critical applications.
Knowledge ofBusiness process principlesand best practices (including Product Development) and a direct experience withchange management initiatives.
Experience definingKPIs/SLAsused to drive multi-million euros businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
