Roma is positioned at the forefront of this transformation, enabling enterprises to operate seamlessly across fiat and digital asset rails. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 pOwn the design vision for a core business area within the Roma, ensuring a cohesive and frictionless customer experience that integrates seamlessly with our broader ecosystem. /p pCollaborate cross‑functionally with Product Managers and engineers to turn complex business problems into elegant design solutions. /p pDrive the end‑to‑end design process, from initial discovery, journey mapping, and research to the execution of final high‑fidelity designs. /p pCultivate a deep understanding of our members by leading research sessions, analyzing usage data, and framing the “what, why, and how” of the problems we solve. /p pChampion a user‑centric culture, advocating for member needs within Product and Engineering teams and demonstrating the strategic value of a Design Thinking approach. /p pThe impact and scope of this role is huge, and you’ll be a key contributor to our continued success as we shape the future of our financial platform. /p h3Qualifications Required /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in Product Design, ideally within a SaaS, Fintech, or high‑growth scale‑up environment. /li liExperience designing for complex user flows, business tools, or financial services. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of User Experience and Product Design methodologies, with experience facilitating workshops and design sprints. /li liExpert‑level proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools. /li liComfortable working in an agile environment and navigating the ambiguity of a rapidly scaling business. /li liA data‑driven approach to design, with experience using tools like Looker, Heap, GA, or Hotjar to inform and validate decisions. /li liA relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. /li /ul h3Good to Have /h3 ul liYou are an entrepreneur at heart, i.e. you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one. /li liYou are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths.
