What you will be doing: - Support the team on Risk Management related matters, including credit underwriting, operational credit, receivables management, and portfolio analysis. - Interact with different departments (Sales, Compliance, Legal and Operations) and assist Credit Managers in respect of decisions taken on risk related matters. - Contribute to the development of new projects in the Risk Management space, including new financial models and their successful implementation. Abilities and Attributes: - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think independently and draw conclusions. - Passionate individual, who values and respects others, willing to work together with the team to reach the Risk department’s goals. - A good listener, who can work with stakeholder in other functions to achieve objective. - Ability to keep composure under pressure. - Eager to learn and accept a challenge. Experience and Qualifications_:_ - Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with top grades - Ability to read and interpret financial statements. - Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel - Fluent in English (Italian is not required) - Additional language skills would be an advantage (Spanish or French) - Understanding of FX Markets and Derivative products is preferred but not mandatory.
