About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Group Finance team, focusing on Tax processes and Change Management initiatives. This role will be instrumental in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and driving transformation projects to optimize tax governance and reporting across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze tax-related processes and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment with global compliance and strategic objectives.
* Lead change management initiatives to implement new systems and processes for transfer pricing and tax reporting, fostering adoption across multiple stakeholders.
* Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to design and deliver automated solutions for intercompany transactions and tax data flows.
* Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for organizational changes affecting tax governance and reporting.
* Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor tax compliance and efficiency,level;
* He / she will contribute to design and maintain the dashboard tracking the key tax metrics and trend cooperating with Controlling teams and Company CFOs;
* Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating functional requirements into technical specifications for ERP and reporting tools.
* Support the implementation of Tax Governance and Strategy, ensuring smooth integration of new standards and processes.
What You Need to Be Successful:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* Experience in business analysis and change management, preferably within tax or finance environments.
* Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
* Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., stakeholder engagement, communication plans).
* Advanced Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI).
* Familiarity with ERP systems.
