Job Description Role: Manage and grow strategic accounts by directing organic growth strategies across a portfolio, including vision setting, annual planning, identifying key opportunities, proactive client value creation, and maintaining overall financial health. The Client Partner will drive profitable growth through strategic relationships and world-class delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term client success. Responsibilities: At least 15 years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations. Strong knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies, with familiarity in cross-selling service lines. Excellent presentation and interaction skills at all levels, with consultative sales capability. Ability to collaborate across teams and service lines. Experience in delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles. Managed multi-million USD accounts across various geographies. Strong account management and client relationship skills. Responsible for revenue, bookings, and operational metrics. Handle people management issues within teams. Generate leads through customer interactions to expand business footprint. Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs. Maintain smooth contract, invoice, and payment flows with procurement teams. Work closely with senior client executives to advise and evaluate business growth opportunities. Compensation: The annual pay ranges from $200,000 to $280,000, with standard benefits including medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
