TLA Services is seeking talented and motivated Network Engineers and Network Architects (Senior through Subject Matter Expert levels) to support mission‐critical programs across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Our engineers design, implement, secure, and maintain complex enterprise and cloud network environments supporting national security missions.This is an opportunity to work alongside highly skilled technical teams supporting large‐scale, secure, and high‐performance network infrastructures.Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise and cloud‐based network infrastructureConfigure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and network security appliancesDevelop network architecture designs, implementation plans, and technical documentationTroubleshoot and resolve network performance, connectivity, and security issuesSupport hybrid cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environmentsImplement network security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, and Network Access Control (NAC)Support routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and ISISImplement Software Defined Networking (SDN) and network automation solutionsCollaborate with engineering teams, cybersecurity teams, and program leadershipProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineersSupport network modernization, cloud migration, and infrastructure optimization initiatives
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Senior Level: 6+ yearsExpert Level: 11+ yearsSME / Architect Level: 16+ yearsExperience designing and supporting enterprise network environmentsStrong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, STP, etc.)Experience with network hardware such as Cisco, Juniper, or Palo AltoExperience troubleshooting complex network issuesStrong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and network security principlesAbility to work independently and in team environmentsActive TS/SCI clearance (w. Polygraph)
