Ph3YOUR ROLE /h3 pAs a Digital Engineering Product Lifecycle Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance, analysing business challenges, and developing data‑driven strategies. You support implementation to enhance client performance and manage RD projects in Product Development, New Product Introduction, and digital process improvement, using technologies like PLM, Simulation, AI, and Digital Twin, as well as methodologies such as DFX, MBSE, and Agile/ASPICE. /p ul liAnalyze client data, identify issues, and propose solutions to meet strategic goals in RD area, from Cost Reduction to Product Development, from PLM/ALM to Digital Twin. /li liManage project lifecycles, define scope, oversee deliverables, budgets, and timelines. /li liCreate actionable plans for RD improvement, operational excellence, or digital transformation. /li liDrive the execution of new processes, technologies (PLM, Simulation, AI, Digital Twin), and methodologies (DFX, MSP/MBSE, Agile/ASPICE), supporting the organization to embrace the change and fostering adoption. /li liBuild and maintain strong client relationships with C-levels in the RD field, leading meetings and presenting findings. /li liStrong ability to analyze complex data and situations. /li liExcellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. /li liCoach and mentor junior consultants, guiding their work and development. /li liWork with all the entities of the Capgemini Group (technological experts, data, designers, etc.) in order to offer the best solutions to customers. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liMinimum 6+ years in Industrial sectors in Product Development, Digital Engineering Transformation field in consulting firms or in operational positions in major automotive or manufacturing brands. /li liExperience with data management, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI. /li liYou like to be one step ahead. /li liYou want to join a dynamic and close‑knit team that will make you grow on a daily basis. /li /ul pNote: Master degree in STEM area, engineering preferred. Italian and English fluently, another language would be a plus.
