We are seeking proactive candidates — with Financial training or equivalent qualification, and with experience in Asset Management within the renewable energy sector with a focus on Solar and Wind plants. /ppbr/ppReporting to the Head of Asset Management, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing the commercial, financial, and soft technical aspects of photovoltaic and/or wind projects. /ppbr/ppThe role involves collaboration with Spanish, Portuguese and English-speaking business partners and colleagues. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pp-Lead and coordinate the management of the assigned PV portfolios. /pp-Monitor the income and expenses of renewable energy operating companies. /pp-Prepare and maintain liquidity and budget planning, including cost control. /pp-Produce regular reports for investors, owners, and banks on asset financial performance. /pp-Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, and service contracts for our operating companies. /pp-Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and related documentation. /pp-Handle insurance claims and/or warranty on behalf of the project company. /pp-Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical operations managers, investors, banks, tax advisors, auditors, and public authorities. /pp-Organize shareholder meetings from preparation, execution and follow-up. /pp-Follow up internal reporting on plants in his portfolio and liaise with the clients Plants managers /pp-Manage complex tasks with a multidisciplinary approach and by coordinating with various counterparts. /ppbr/ppstrongEssential requirements and skills: /strong /ppbr/pp-Economic/Financial training or equivalent qualification. /pp- At least 2 years of professional experience in similar works /pp-Independent, resilient, and detail-oriented working style. /pp-Excellent Proficiency in MS Office applications. /pp-Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required /pp-Strong interpersonal and communication skills. xdwybme /pp-Team-oriented mindset /ppbr/ppJob location: Parma, Italy /ppbr/ppThe contractual terms for the position will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, with the goal of a long-term placement within the company team. /p
