RoleWithin the DV & Astra Program Management Function, the selected candidate will join the Cross Program area, which operates across the Product Lines and is responsible for Program Governance & Processes, Product Value Analysis, planning, analytics, and periodic reporting.More specifically, the selected candidate will support the Head of the Cross Program area and the Product Line Managers in relation to the areas described below. Main responsibilities :Coordination with Sales Administration for the mapping and periodic allocation to Program Managers of all active contracts in IDV & AstraFor contracts that include product development: definition, maintenance, and monitoring of the Milestone Calendar in coordination with Program Managers, including the collection and archiving of milestone approvalsSupporting Program Managers in the development and reporting activities required by the job-order accounting processSupporting the definition and maintenance of KPIs for the Function, in line with relevant Management Procedures and related tools for analysis, monitoring, and internal communicationSupporting the development and maintenance of processes and procedures that directly or indirectly involve the FunctionDeveloping and maintaining IT tools used within the Function, independently using MS Power Platform tools and/or in collaboration with the ICT departmentMaintenance of the Function's SharePoints and archived documentation, including for Audit purposesManaging purchase requests for materials or services through the company's SAP system on behalf of the FunctionThe candidate must be able to interact proactively within the DV & Astra Program Management Function, fostering change and continuous improvement.
