Location: Turin, Italy Position Overview The Property Finder Specialist is responsible for expanding and improving the quality of the apartment/residence portfolio, considering strategic directives from the Central Management and product requirements from the Marketing and Sales Office. The role requires monitoring key KPIs such as the number of beds acquired, contract renewal rate, and EBITDA relative to acquisition costs. Responsibilities Assess new properties based on criteria set by the Management team in collaboration with Marketing and Sales. Continuously monitor the local real estate market. Identify potential rental properties of interest for Camplus. Conduct site inspections and technical and commercial evaluations of properties. Estimate market prices and identify strengths and weaknesses of properties. Negotiate acquisition prices with property owners alongside the Sales Specialist and prepare commercial proposals for contractual agreements. Support Service Specialists by outsourcing services such as cleaning, waste removal, landscaping, concierge, and maintenance, and ensure regular checks of facilities. Prepare periodic reports and annual management accounts for property owners and management. Technical Skills Excellent knowledge of local and national laws governing landlord-tenant relationships and fundamentals of real estate law. Strong understanding of the real estate market. Good administrative and accounting skills. Analytical ability to interpret data. Proficiency in IT tools. Good command of the English language.
