We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate has a hands-on approach, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage different projects independently, using data and performance insights to continuously improve marketing activities and the customer journey.

The selected candidate will join the Marketing team in a cross-functional role, working on lead generation, CRM, email marketing, advertising, content marketing and website optimisation. The role will also involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the coordination of specialised external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and Performance Marketing
* Support the definition and implementation of the digital marketing strategy in line with the company's business objectives
* Develop initiatives aimed at generating qualified leads, increasing website traffic and improving conversion rates
* Monitor the performance of digital channels and identify opportunities for continuous optimisation
* Analyse KPIs, campaign results and ROI, preparing periodic reports and actionable insights
Advertising and External Partner Coordination
* Coordinate advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads
* Collaborate with agencies, freelancers and external suppliers, monitoring quality, timelines and results
* Contribute to the creation of copy, creative assets, landing pages and lead magnets for marketing campaigns
* Support the development and analysis of testing activities across different channels
CRM, Marketing Automation and Email Marketing
* Manage newsletters, direct email marketing campaigns and promotional or informational communications
* Design and optimise email nurturing flows for leads and existing customers
* Define audience segmentation strategies and develop upselling and cross-selling initiatives
* Manage lead management and marketing automation activities through the CRM
* Monitor lead attribution and ensure the quality and accuracy of collected data
Website, Landing Pages and Conversion Rate Optimisation
* Manage and update website content through the company CMS
* Create and optimise landing pages for products, campaigns and commercial initiatives
* Improve the user experience and conversion rate through a data-driven CRO approach
* Collaborate with technical partners on the implementation of new features and integrations
Content Marketing and Digital Projects
* Contribute to the creation of content for blog articles, newsletters, email campaigns and social media
* Support editorial planning and the production of marketing materials for new projects and product launches
* Coordinate SEO activities with external partners
* Support digital initiatives related to partnerships, influencer marketing and dedicated platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 2–4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketing or CRM-related role
* Proven experience in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, direct email marketing and nurturing flows
* Good understanding of CRM, marketing automation, audience segmentation and lead management processes
* Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads, either through direct management or the coordination of external partners
* Ability to analyse KPIs, website traffic data and conversion metrics
* Experience in creating or managing landing pages and website content through a CMS
* Strong writing skills for digital copy, promotional content and marketing materials
* Ability to manage multiple activities and projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
* Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented attitude
* Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
* Experience with web analytics tools and reporting dashboards
* Knowledge of CRO principles and A/B testing methodologies
* Previous experience coordinating agencies, freelancers or external suppliers
* Familiarity with SEO, content marketing and influencer marketing projects
* Experience with tools for the creation or management of digital assets and video content
* Interest in applying artificial intelligence tools to marketing activities and content production
