Our innovative refrigeration equipment and gas compression technologies help maintain optimal and safe temperature conditions for refrigerated food and beverages, as well as for a wide range of industrial process solutions operating at peak performance, chilling processes, air conditioning, etc. /ph3What you will do /h3pWithin the Pre-Sales team of the Engineering Department of the HVAC Refrigeration Division in Southern Europe, you will prepare technical and commercial proposals for assigned HVAC and industrial refrigeration opportunities for industries such as food beverage, oil gas, petrochemical and industrial heat pump applications in the Italian market. You will work in close coordination with the Sales organization, acting as a key technical partner to support sales strategy and opportunity development. /ph3How you will do it /h3ulliUnderstand the technical scope of each project assigned by the Sales team. /liliDefine the technical solution and develop the technical-commercial proposal. /liliProvide technical input to support market positioning and competitive differentiation of proposed solutions. /liliPreliminary HVAC and/or industrial refrigeration system design including equipment selection, basic PID design, piping calculations and layouts, valves, automation systems and electrical components. /liliPrepare technical offer documentation and detailed cost breakdowns. /liliSupport basic engineering activities once the quotation becomes an order. /li /ulh3What we look for /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Chemical or Energy Engineering, or equivalent. /liliAlternatively, a technical diploma in Thermal or Fluid Systems. /liliGood level of spoken and written English. /liliFamiliar with MS Office (Excel, word, etc) /liliProven experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC or industrial fluid-mechanical systems in a similar role. /liliKnowledge of European and Italian regulations applicable to industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems. /liliExperience with industrial refrigeration systems using NH3 (R-717) and/or CO2 refrigerants. /liliKnowledge of suppliers within the industrial refrigeration market. /liliAdditional training or postgraduate studies related to refrigeration or HVAC. /liliProblem-solving mindset and proactive attitude /liliStrong analytical skills /liliTeamwork and collaboration /liliInitiative and ownership /liliOrganizational skills /liliResponsibility and commitment /li /ulh3Our benefits /h3pJohnson Controls offers a competitive compensation package aligned with your qualifications and experience.
