Everyone gets to push their potential to the full. /b /ppbDiscover extraordinary* every day. /b /ppbPurpose And Main Priorities Of The Role /b /ppThe Slitting Planning Analyst will be part of the Order Fulfilment team and will collaborate with various functions such as Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain for daily activities, with a specific focus on slitting operations. /ph3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3ulliSchedule slitting machines in line with service objectives defined by Supply Chain (OTIF and OTD). /liliSupport shipment planning for national and international customers, ensuring compliance with service timelines. /liliCoordinate handling of finished products, semi-finished products, including through external providers. /liliContribute to process improvement projects aimed at optimizing service KPIs, production efficiency, and order management. /liliUpdate and monitor KPI reporting according to company standards. /liliInterface with Customer Service for order confirmations, ensuring customer needs are met effectively. /liliSupport immediate responses to external requests, commercial, supply chain, and operations, through the use and development of production planning tools. /liliSupport inventory accuracy, stock analysis. /liliIdentify bottlenecks between industrial and commercial product planning, ensuring consistency with communicated forecasts, identifying potential issues, and promptly reporting expected impacts. /li /ulh3Who We Are Looking For /h3ulliYou possess a high level of knowledge and experience in analysis, supply chain planning. /liliYou have bachelor’s in economics, Engineering or similar. /liliYou are an excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills for building strong relationships with internal and external functions (spoken and written). /liliYou show accountability, engagement, and high motivation at work. /liliYou can build customer loyalty and foster a customer-centric team environment. /liliStrong relational skills and capability to collaborate with the different functions of the plant. /liliStrong leadership skills: proactivity, drive, communication skills, ability to influence, high level of energy and sense of responsibility. /liliYou are proficient in English. /li /ulh3Why you can't miss this opportunity /h3pYou will be able to actively contribute to the ambitious goals that Fedrigoni is achieving in becoming the global industry leader, by ensuring accuracy of records and reporting on collection activity.
