You will own everything related to growth and go-to-market - end to end, no hand-holding. This is not a "head of" role where you inherit a team and a playbook. You will build the machine. /p pbWhat you'll own: /bIn a nutshell, you are the bowner of Revenue /band bNew User growth. /bYou are in charge of Whatever it Takes to bring this growth – with a bstrong bias for action /band bgetting results. /b /p ullibBuild and scale every viable growth lever. /bDigital acquisition, referrals, partnerships, offline channels, and any channel that can sustainably grow users and revenue. /li libOwn conversion, not just acquisition. /bFunnels, CRM, automations, accounts / sales scripts, promotions and pricing tests, paid acquisition (Meta, Google), SEO, conversion, retention loops. /li libDecide when to push and when to stop. /bTest aggressively, kill what doesn’t work, double down on what does, and protect marginality. They have significant knowledge in go-to-market in the 0-1 phase and in the 1-10 phase.
