No 2025_00756 /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liUniversity degree (preferably in computer sciences) or equivalent education. /li liAt least five years of experience in the information systems field, of which at least three years were in an IT/IS technical field dealing with ITSM installation, configuration, and support. /li liBroad technical background in the area of IT. /li liAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in technical and non-technical areas with technicians and non-technical managers particularly in trying circumstances. /li liProven ability to analyze and document IT concepts and architectures. /li liSound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). /li liGood experience implementing and maintaining ITIL-aligned processes within an ITSM tool. /li liGood experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Javascript) for automation and integrations. /li liKnowledge of relational databases (SQL/Oracle/MongoDB), operating systems (Windows/Linux) and web services (Rest/Soap APIs). /li liTechnical certifications in IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL Foundation/Intermediate/Practitioner) is desirable. /li liProven ability to translate a strategy into actionable and measurable items. /li liGood knowledge of IT security concepts and their implementation. /li liNATO's official languages are English and French.
